Sarah from WGTC writes "In the space of one year and three films, Hanks will have explored themes of failure, anxiety, global politics, culture clashes, conspiracies, religion, professional and personal responsibility, corporate machinations, media bias, and mental and emotional trauma. That’s quite something for the actor that made his first onscreen appearance in an episode of The Love Boat. He can do it, though, because he is Tom Hanks – and here are ten performances that prove he is the greatest actor of his generation."
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Baby Reindeer Review: Richard Gadd and Jessica Gunning present a strange relationship of a stalker and her victim.
Amar Singh Chamkila Review: This is a surprisingly memorable watch that is equal parts sweet and raunchy in the best of ways.
I was literally just speaking to someone the other day about the fact that Hanks is a terrific actor. There are some good performances listed here. I'd definitely recommend Bridge of Spies.. Awesome movie.
