Director Paul Greengrass knows what Bourne fans want, and serves it on the slickest platter possible. We want Damon to throw punches, make short work out of the bad guys, and turn household items into deadly weapons. We want him burning rubber on narrow European streets. We want CIA techies shouting at illuminated computer screens, watching surveillance footage, and exclaiming, “It's Bourne.” The newest film in the series features everything that made the franchise great to begin with.
