I feel this movie has clear plot holes that no one is talking about. Not sure what the rules are about spoilers in comment sin the group so I won't list any, but The Winter Soldier flash back was cool but nothing came of it and it was a dull part of the movie which should've been fantastic, then the villain was weak and spineless. I do however, agree that the action was spot on. The opening scene was perfect.
