I'd really love for Steven Spielberg to go for a small project again; the likes of Schindler's List and Munich. Not necessarily tiny budget, but less high-concept and CGI. I think he's favored CGI a bit too much in recent years. I think that was one of the major flaws of Indiana Jones (CGI monkeys, the jungle looked fake, etc). Although it worked for the nuke scene at the start because that was an awesome opening.
