FGE - The seventh episode of Game of Thrones’ sixth season, “The Broken Man”, is filled with memorable scenes, but much like last week’s episode, there isn’t a whole lot of action. Instead, the focus is on characters coming to grips with changing situations and preparing for the inevitable storm that is about to engulf Westeros. War is coming to the North, and the South is about to slide into chaos. Meanwhile, new factions are throwing themselves into the political morass of Slaver’s Bay. This episode deals with the lead up to the impending outbreak of violence, as characters steel themselves physically and mentally for what’s to come. Many of the conflicts looming over the show’s various protagonists will put the strength and fortitude of these individuals to the ultimate test—whether these characters are ready to endure such a crucible is another matter entirely. As a lead-in to the season’s climax, “The Broken Man” does a serviceable job. The only major problem with this episode is
