Legend Review l Film Takeout

Dan Powers from Film Takeout writes:

"What makes Legend tolerable, and at times admittedly enjoyable, is Tom Hardy. He once again shows that he is capable of great lengths and depth. Hardy plays both twins. Reggie, a slick talking and confident man, and Ronnie, a paranoid schizophrenic with violent tendencies. Hardy takes both roles by their haunches and delivers commanding and believable performances. The ability to play two completely different men in mind and mannerism, while also making it clear to the audience that these men are twins not just through looks is truly astonishing. It is because of this great performance that the outcome of the film is so disappointing."
