The Biggest Turkeys of 2015: Film & TV

Variety

It's never a good sign when a director begins disowning his own movie days before release. With any luck, Josh Trank will have future chances to make good on the promise he showed with "Chronicle" — and it'll happen before we get another thoroughly un-Marvelous "Fantastic Four" movie. (Wisely, the initially planned sequel has been quietly pulled from Fox's 2017 release calendar.)

Loved True Detective so much in its first season. A shame that season 2 lost its way.

There was a heck of a lot of potential there, but from that first episode you could feel it just falling away.
