Harrison Ford Actually Embraces His Star Wars Fame in Awesome Force For Change Video

EB: Harrison Ford has never really embraced his Han Solo character, in fact, he begged George Lucas to kill him off in Return of the Jedi, so he could officially put him to bed. Well, apparently his old age is now allowing him to embrace his Star Wars roots, because Ford has shown up at a few of the Cons this past year to promote the film, and now he’s helping to launch an amazing Force For Change campaign that will allow two lucky fans to go to the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere to meet the cast.

That was awesome lol

Can understand why he gets pissed off and comes across as miserable when he's constantly asked and approached by fans/media going on about Star Wars throughout his career. I'd be annoyed if that's what everyone bothered me about for 30+ years...

Yeah I heard some story from a frined of mine who was invited onto the set of Enders Game. Ford while filming was a bit angry / curing etc. My friend was like 'oh guess those rumours about him being a grump are true.'

However later in that day Ford comes out of nowhere and gives him and his friends like a solid half hour interview (unscheduled) and jokes around with them the whole time.

Really nice thing to do and Ford seemed really into it and buoyed up by the reactions he was causing.
