Star Wars Rebels showcased both its greatest strengths and weaknesses this week in ‘Blood Sisters.’ The lovely Sabine finally gets a story dedicated to her when she is reunited with an acquaintance from her past.

This episode excels in giving us a glimpse into Sabine’s past life, as she and Ezra are tasked with picking up a droid who possesses vital information for the rebels. In perfect Star Wars fashion, something goes wrong when Ezra and Sabine are attacked by Ketsu Onyo (Gina Toress). Like Sabine, she is fearless and utterly dedicated to the task at hand. Both women are fierce warriors and it’s a shame that Ketsu is playing for the wrong team.
