Film Independent’s LA Film Festival Announces New Partnership with ArcLight Cinemas

The LA Film Festival, produced by Film Independent, the non-profit arts organization that produces the Film Independent Spirit Awards as well as the Festival, today announced a major new partnership with ArcLight Cinemas. The 22nd edition of the LA Film Festival will take place June 1 – June 9, 2016 at ArcLight Cinemas around the city, including ArcLight Hollywood and the brand new ArcLight Santa Monica. The Festival headquarters will be at ArcLight Culver City. The 2016 call for submissions is now open.

Not only did I enjoy the film for the story and the stars, Jamie Chung (Sucker Punch, Once Upon A Time) and Bryan Greenberg (Vice, One Tree Hill), but because of the dialog of the film which seemed to me the most realistic and genuine scripting I have seen in a romance film in a long time."

L.A. Film Fest – I Got A Good Feeling About These Films

Richard of PopCults.com writes "These are the films that have something about them that has called me to them; whether it is the actors that are featured in these films, the source materials of the documentary subject, or something intangible that I cannot quite describe – like some kind of natural attraction to the project.
