TRR: Just call him the world's oldest 8-year-old. Of course, we're talking about Charlie Brown, that icon of the American comic strip that cartoonist Charles M. Schulz first introduced to readers more than six decades ago. Now he, his sister Sally, Lucy Van Pelt, her brother Linus, Peppermint Patty, Schroeder, Marcie, Pig-Pen, Woodstock, and, of course, Snoopy are back in The Peanuts Movie, a film which sees Charlie Brown (Noah Schnapp) trying to win the affections of the Little Red-Haired Girl, while his dog Snoopy (Bill Melendez) fantasizes about getting into aerial dog fights with his arch nemesis, the infamous WWII pilot known as the Red Baron. Needless to say, it all looks and feels like something that's been plucked straight out of the funny pages. More importantly, however, is the fact that The Peanuts Movie holds true to the tone of the comic strip and the spirit of the characters themselves. Yes, you're just as we remember you, Charlie Brown. Don't ever change.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
