Ramon Rodriguez has landed the male lead role of Cpl. Matt Morales opposite Kate Mara in the Iraq War hero film Megan Leavey. The film directed by Blackfish helmer Gabriela Cowperthwaite follows female Marine Leavey (Mara) who turns her life around by enlisting in the K9 unit. She is teamed with an aggressive combat dog named Rex and they’re deployed to Iraq as an elite bomb-sniffing team.
