Screenhall - So this is basically Last Action Hero but instead of action films it skewers horrors and it looks like a real fun. But can someone explain to me why do the trailers for films nowadays have to be so freaking long? I felt like this trailer already spoiled the whole movie. I really love the “corn syrup” joke and spoofing of modern slow motion scenes.
I believe that with right marketing this film can make a lot of money. Almost everyone around is watching horror films. Final Girls was a critical darling at this year’S SXSW festival and this trailer doesn’t disappoint. CinemaBlend called it: “a strange cross between The Cabin in the Woods, Friday the 13th andLast Action Hero, and it’s an equation that adds up to a ridiculous and fun flick that’s a blast to watch with an enthusiastic audience.” in their review and that sound quite promising.
