Looking forward to Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice? Well, we’ve got some bad news for you – it’s probably going to suck.
With trailers racking up tens of millions of views, each new rumour getting chewed over no matter how ridiculous and reports of a standing ovation from Warner Bros. execs after the screening of a rough cut (because people only interested in profit are going to do anything else in reaction to a guaranteed money-spinner?), people are getting increasingly excited for the film. But let’s not forget that, at the end of the day, it’s really just a sequel to one of the most divisive films of the past decade.
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
Rest In Peace Review: A man in debt disappears. Years later, he considers reconnecting with his family, but his previous life takes him by surprise.
Nerd Reactor writes that a new international post has revealed the return of a fan-favorite Toho monster.
It's not going to suck, it's not going to be bad, it's just not going to meet peoples expectations...just like what happened to Man of Steel.
This is why you can't always go by someone else's opinions. Their minds see things in a completely different way which makes their reality different from yours. So much uninformed, unproven, rumor mill jargon passed off as some kind of truth. I loved Man of Steel and understand that there is no way Superman on his first day on the job would know how to every single person while simultaneously fending off equally powerful beings who are using planet destroying machines on both sides of the damn planet!
This guy and Whatculture in general are completely pessimistic about upcoming DC movies. They tore apart the Aquaman pic, tore apart the comic-con trailer! Were somebody who is absolutely clueless about this movie wander into Whatculture.com they'd come out thinking this movie would be the worst thing in existence.
I really don't care for these articles. These types of titles and exposition are geared only towards inciting fans and thus bringing in more people. It's a pure and total click bait article, designed to eschew from general ideas and get fanboys riled up.
Personally, I've always been about ROOTING for good movies. As a lover of movies I WANT them to be good. Guys like this are openly rooting for a film to fail, and to me, it shows they don't really give a shit about the movie industry. Just their own appeasement.
It's nice to see fans coming together on this. Shouldn't we all as FANS want these movies to be good? I, like many other people, liked Man of Steel. Could it have been better? I'm sure. But was it an entertaining movie that changed up some of the formula? Absolutely. I didn't want to see a complete remake of the PERFECT Reeves movies. It was 10 times better then Superman Returns. Which I also enjoyed to a lesser extent. Not going to argue that movie is good though.
I'm rambling. But my original point stands. Why wish bad on these movies? I want it to be kickass. If it's bad we just get the inevitable reboot less then a decade later. Rushed reboots never pan out. Even if these DC, or any superhero film, stumble a little here or they're at least they have a consistent team of people working on them who can listen and learn from the past. Everyone working on BvS are talented. People need to lower they're expectations. Just a tad anyway.
