Deadline: Will Sasso (The Three Stooges) has booked a recurring role on Showtime dramedy Shameless. He will play Yanis, a big and imposing blue-collar Chicago neighbor of Kev (Steve Howey) and V (Shanola Hampton), who’s in a conflict with the new members of the neighborhood who are part of the gentrification. He deliberately spends most of the day revving his motorcycle and making sexual threats. Sasso, repped by APA and D2 Management, played Curly in 2012’s The Three Stooges and has signed on to reprise his role in a sequel. His other TV credits include Another Period, The Comedians, Modern Family and a recurring arc on Hot In Cleveland.
