Tony Polanco from The Koalition writes:
"With the release of the massively disappointing Fantastic Four movie (check out our review), it got me thinking about how Hollywood keeps messing up one of comic book’s greatest teams. There have been many stellar Fantastic Four stories written over the last 50+ years. However, of the three movies released (four if you count the crappy Roger Corman one from the 90’s) none have managed to capture the essence of the franchise.
So what does it take to make an AWESOME Fantastic Four movie? Read on to find out!"
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
I would really like a good FF movie.
Several great points made on this list and maybe marvel can redeem the series when they eventually take it back over. Until then though, all of this seems like a pipe dream and especially so if FOX is making the film lol
A great Fantastic Four movie can definitely happen, but apparently not at Fox. A fifth time would hardly be the charm (counting the unreleased '90s one) if history keeps repeating itself this way. If the rights do revert to Marvel as people expect them to, then I'd really want Michael B. Jordan as an older Miles Morales should a second Spider-man ever jump into the MCU.
We already have an awesome Dr. Doom in Darth Vader. So its possible
It won't happen at Fox, seriously. I'm amazed they let X-Men do what it is doing finally, but FF won't ever get the same budget or treatment.
We will just keep getting duds every 3 or 4 years until Marvel says enough and pays to get it back.
