Four Reasons Why Fantastic Four Will Be The Comic Book Movie Of 2015

CBM

Fantastic Four will be the greatest Comic Book Movie of 2015.

Yes, yes. I know. I know. You're asking me how? How can we possibly enjoy a movie that's clearly gotten everything wrong? It doesn't matter that none of us has actually seen the film in question. From everything that we've seen so far, we've already reached a verdict regarding this reboot. A reboot mired in contro...nay...baptized in a giant, multi-pronged controversy that has united the entire comic book fanbase by supplying a common enemy. It doesn't matter what website you're on.

5. Avengers and Ant-Man are vastly superior by way of not being universally panned.

It's basically 20th Century Fox's Batman and Robin of this generation, frankly.

Batman and Robin was extremely silly. This isn't silly, just a clearly edited studio film. In its defense, the very beginning right until Reed escapes was pretty damn good. Then it took a turn... Tons of shit from the trailers is also missing. It's pretty obvious Reed originally went back to Doom on the other planet and fought him, then came back and delieved the "I know what's coming... Doom." line. Then he took them back to finish Doom off.

Instead, the studio reshot it which you can totally tell with Kate Mara's totally obvious wig.

As a side note, I absolutely hated the Age Of Ultron knock-off at the very end. If you saw the film, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I literally just finished watching it. It's not AS BAD as people are saying. But it's by no means good. Wasted the incredible cast, piss poor dialog and pacing.

This movie would have been way better if it was just a sci-fi flick with more exposition and get rid of that ending that didn't make much sence. Then it would have been pretty good. But as is, it's either got too much of one thing or not enough of the other depending on what camp your in. If you like action then this movie didn't have enough and what was there wasn't very good.
Or if you want a character driven film, then they skipped a lot of good stuff in the middle and shoehorned in some shity action at the end.

The theater was dead. I'm curious how this will effect Fant4stic 2 that they already scheduled for 2017?? lmao

Doesn't really want anything to be fair. I went to see GotG day one and there were like 10 people in the cinema.
