The Wrap
News that Marisa Tomei is in talks to play Aunt May in Sony Pictures’ “Spider-Man” reboot set social media tongues wagging on Wednesday, with many claiming the 50-year-old actress is far too young to play the hero’s traditionally more matronly caretaker.
'Spider-Man: No Way Home' star, Marisa Tomei, talks about wanting to continue playing Aunt May in the MCU.
Daily Video Game writes: "The online retailer Amazon is running various 4K UHD movies on sale under 15 bucks for its Black Friday Sale right now!"
No matter which version of Spider-Man is your favourite, Aunt May is an integral part of Peter Parker’s story. But Marisa Tomei might not think the character is important to her.
She is...they are completely right

Bad enough Peter looks way too young, now Aunt May does aswell. What's wrong with older actors anyway, are Marvel worried it will put people off or something
Can we just see the movie before we start a pitchfork party?
Peter is very young also, so it may just make sense.
Besides we've seen the old wrinkly version 100 times.
Nothing wrong with Marisa. What? its to weird for the fans? to maybe get a little tingling down there when you see Aunt May?
She is 50 years old that's kind of older aunt range. Plus here is something no one has brought up, she is actually from NY. Kind of like Aunt May was in the comics. So we wont have a psuedo trying to hide my British accent (Rosemary Harris). Besides aunt does not have to equal grandmother.
the woman is 50, you'd never know to look at her, but she is.
at the age they're going for with the new Peter, a woman of her age playing his aunt seems about right to me.
are guys really complaining that she's too attractive for the role?
It's just gonna be weird when Aunt May brings dates back to the house, that's all I'm saying.
