Disney Crosses $1B Domestic Box Office, Fastest Ever For Studio

Deadline: Driven by the success of Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Cinderella, and the opening of Disney/Pixar’s latest animated entry Inside Out, The Walt Disney Studios has crossed the $1B mark at the domestic box office in a studio record time of 174 days, beating the 188-day previous record set on July 8, 2012 by two weeks. This marks the 10th consecutive year, and the 19th year overall, that the studio has reached this milestone.
