As I say in my video review above, who knew the feel good movie of 2015 would turn out to be a documentary about a 5-year-old boy suffering from leukemia? But that’s exactly what happens in Batkid Begins, which you have to see to really believe it could – and did – happen. It is simply a heartwarming, inspiring and quite amazing film to experience.

From Cinelinx:
When I first heard the story about Miles Scott, his battle with leukemia and his passion for Batman…I wanted to know more. Then, after seeing some video clips of his adventures as Batkid in San Francisco, I wanted to see more. Thanks to a recent screening of Batkid Begins: The Wish Heard Around the World at the Dallas International Film Festival, I got to do just that.
This was such a powerful movie, what an awesome story. I tip my hat to the kind folks that made this happen.
