EB: Overall Jurassic World feels like a good mix of Jurassic Park’s suspense with the more action-focused nature of The Lost World. It pays homage to the originals in a dozen ways while doing enough world building that I’m intrigued to see the inevitable sequels that follow. A couple storyline problems and inconsistencies, particularly with the I.Rex’s powerset, stop it being a masterpiece but the sense of wonder I got seeing the park’s residents mean it’s an easy recommendation from me:
