IGN | 'The Nightmare' Review

If you are looking for a slightly creepy tale of what it feels like to briefly be awake but not quite be able to move, The Nightmare is more than serviceable in that regard even if does tend to run a little long. If, however, you go into the documentary with the goal of coming out being more educated about the problem of sleep paralysis—as opposed to the experience of it—you will be sorely disappointed. Like a person floating on the edge of sleep who never quite succumbs, The Nightmare grazes its subject but never truly dives in.

The story is too old to be commented.
