Well you shouldnt need to shoehorn a female lead in a male-orientated action film just to appease the SJW/Femnists.
How about we take a glorified sex agenda out of the equation, and instead write human characters with flaws and motivations which run parallel to stories, regardless of their gender.
Having a female lead should be a marketing tool. It clearly wasnt for films like Alien or Terminator. They just happened to be awesome movies, with well developed characters both male and female.
