IGN: Community has ended nearly every season with uncertainty around its future, which meant season finales also had to function as maybe/kinda-sorta series finales for the past few years. But this was something different.
“Emotional Consequences of Broadcast Television” feels like Dan Harmon and Chris McKenna (who wrote the episode together) were truly saying goodbye. The Season 5 finale was having a lot of fun with the idea of Greendale in trouble and ultimately seemed to reflect the producers’ confidence and optimism that Community would be back (and they were right – even if it would end up airing on Yahoo). But this time, the entire episode was about farewells, much of them literal – with Elroy, Annie and Abed all leaving, with only a vague “maybe, probably” to indicate whether they’d be back.
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
