Deadline:
The Mindy Project has done it again — cheating death a second time with a 26-episode order at Hulu. The streaming service had been in negotiations with Mindy producer Universal TV about picking up the quirky comedy following its cancellation by Fox after three seasons. Hulu officially calls this a fourth season order, though its size equals two normal seasons on cable or digital and matches the two-season, 26-episode pickup fellow Universal TV comedy The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt received by Netflix. Hulu has the option to order additional seasons, with a decision to be made after the Season 4 premiere whose date is TBD.

Apartment 404 Episode 5 brings the chaotic cast to a thrilling case of 1991.

Pretty good for them
This is the future of television. The networks are losing their hold. Some good shows would still be going if streaming had been viable earlier.
Nobody mention Firefly. We'll all just think it.
I don't know why this show has lasted as long as it has, let alone cheated death now. I feel there have been better shows that deserved second chances: TNT's Dallas and more recently Stalker on CBS.
