TV Equals: "I have to be honest that the season finale of Person of Interest was disappointing. The premise is that Samaritan finally has the ability to track down and kill the machine by shutting down the power grid. Root and Finch race to save the machine before that happens, while Reese and Fusco are still embroiled in the power struggle between Elias and Dominic. Something about this episode didn’t work for me. It’s big moments felt gratuitous and the threat to the machine felt anti-climactic. I guess I was just hoping for something bigger and not as rushed."
