From Cinelinx:
Marvel is kicking off the Summer movie season in the biggest way possible, with the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron. But how does the second outing compare with the first? Does it live up to the Marvel legacy or fall just a little short?
Rest In Peace Review: This gripping thriller will captivate you from start to finish, leaving you pondering the boundaries between right and wrong long after the credits roll.
Inspector Rishi Review: Amazon Prime Video's horror-mystery series, starring Naveen Chandra, is mysterious and thrilling, as promised.
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
It was sooooo good. I have to go out on a limb here and say that it was even better than the first and I loved the first one. I have seen it so many times I can't even tell you how many. This one was better. The fight in the church in slow motion was the best ever and if I could freeze it in a certain moment I would make it a poster. I don't know what we're going to do without Whedon on the third one....I know it's going to probably be okay but I'm still going to worry about it. The story on this one, the personal touch on the characters and the action and even having the characters from Iron Man and Captain America join in on the fight was great.
was a little dissapointed that it didnt pave its way towards the inevitable civil war.. they shouldve left a hint of dispute towards the end.. besides that it was pretty good
So much wanted our heroes to feel a real sense of defeat/helplessness from Ultron's might when they had to seek a place to reorganize but it just wasn't translated properly I think.
Also I kind of didn't like the cartoony treatment the CGI crew did with the mouth opening of Ultron. Do think using James Spader voice was top choice.
Overall it was still very entertaining.
Overall a great movie. Loved seeing Vision. Ultron's moving lips were a bit strange.
Cap was the man again in this movie. I'm really looking forward to Civil War.
