411 Mania - "‘Midnight City’ does a great job balancing out a lot of stories packed into a one hour package: yes, the actual conflict does not live up to the build up, but this could be forgiven since the big battle is being delayed until Oliver’s eventual return. At the same time, some of these plot lines could have been spread out to ensure a leaner show. Still, every single fan favorite character gets a moment to shine tonight. I am looking forward to next week, yet do hope they speed up Oliver’s return — I’m starting to miss the badass Stephen Amell."
