IGN Sons of Anarchy: "Papa's Goods" Review

IGN:
If you were looking for closure, the series finale of Sons of Anarchy certainly delivered. Not only did they wrap up the many complicated aspects of the business, but the characters were well served as the series rode off into the sunset. It wasn’t a happy ending for everyone, but it definitely closed things in a way that felt right.

It didn’t seem possible, but Kurt Sutter, who both wrote and directed this episode, managed to tie up the many lose ends with the SAMCRO business. Things that might have had the potential to cause big problems, like Marks getting out of jail, turned out to be no big deal for someone like Jax who no longer cared about any personal consequences. It was gratifying to watch Jax do his best to set things right, leaving the club in a better place than it had been in a long time. It was especially good to see him go so far as to set the record straight with Patterson about the murders of Tara and Roosevelt. He even led her directly to Gemma and Unser’s bodies. In a related note, it was also nice to see Jarry cut her ties with the club, even though Chibs threatened her for it. Maybe there’s hope for the city of Charming in the future after all.

Well, I didn't think I would be comfortable with a series finale especially the way things had been going so far the whole season but it seems they got it right for once. They finished this series with a bang and they gave it a justified goodbye with Jax deciding to end his own life at the end. I really didn't think he was going to run away. I knew that he felt his time was coming and that it was only a matter of time. He just had to settle a few scores before he left. He did good by taking care of his boys first. Not too many finales satisfy me but I am a happy camper today.

Was a really good one. Finally that homeless woman's identity is known officially. I thought she was someone else but I changed my mind last night when i saw her.

I saw her and him asking her who she was but all she said was 'it's time' so who was she?

She's been in a few different episodes in the past. She was the angel of death. She saw Gemma, and I think Gemma knew who she was deep down. Jax finally understood too and was at peace with it

Yes I remember seeing her but I guess I just didn't catch get the picture....thanks. I watch so many shows you'd think by now I'd understand everything.
