Marvel is moving swiftly on the possibility it has an Avengers: Age of Ultron leaker in its midst, going to a California federal court for the issuance of a subpoena on Google.
SO, they're going after someone because that person leaked the trailer?
Marvel is going after Google because of their own employee's property negligence? I don't even have to explain how stupid that sounds.
Napster was held responsible for music. Why cant Google?
Because Napster facilitated the connection between peer sharing. All Google does is list URLs + data based on what it scans. It's like going after the company that prints phone books just because a number listed was owned by a criminal.
They want info from Google.
They aren't "going after" Google, they're requesting information. Very aggressively of course.
Marvel Studios ran by dicks
