Another fun, twisty-turny ride on Person of Interest this week in "Pretenders." Further demonstration that the show's getting better and better at making you think you're watching one thing - perhaps even a throwaway story - before revealing a much larger, labyrinthine scheme behind everything. Even Finch's Hong Kong excursion side-story, which seemed to only be a meet-cute featuring a potential love interest in Jessica Hecht's Beth Bridges, wound up being part of the much larger Samaritan plot. With Finch officially making his first big chess move against his all-seeing enemy.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Brigands: The Quest For Gold Review: The Italian drama follows a group of brigands, embarking on a journey to reclaim power and some hidden gold.
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
These guys are just so awesome and funny at the same time. The dog is so funny too, not wanting to eat til Finch had a talk with him over the phone....so cute.
I was wondering what Finch was doing going on a trip like that, it didn't make since til the end and then it made a lot of sense...hope he's able to get what he wants.
