The character moments for Bullock were so great and create such a good pillar for his overall character, and the exchanges between him + Gordon and him + Dix were so well executed. The building moments for Edward Nigma were great as well, hopefully these translate into more building blocks that help to shape him into something more than just a forensic tech in the Gotham universe."
