WC: The Amazing Spider-Man series may have its critics, but there’s one thing few can argue against and that’s the casting of Andrew Garfield as our hero Peter Parker. A fairly unknown actor at the time whose only real role of note was in David Fincher’s ‘The Social Network’, it was considered a huge risk by Sony to cast him for the lead in a film where in the age of Blockbusters critical acclaim means little to studios without the box office success to back it up.
Check out the following embarrassing scenes from Marvel movies to see how some scenes just want us to put our head in the sand.
All of us took notice of a missing character that is important to the Spider-Man mythos. Parker’s red-headed girlfriend Mary Jane Watson. However, Garfield actually didn’t seem too bothered with it and suggested that breaking away from that cliché expectation for Spider-Man’s story is important.
Shake a tree and a bunch of Spider-Man movies will fall down.
andrew garfield is better than tobey maguire it is true. however, the margin is only near since tobey also did a great job as spiderman.
the huge difference is that the films tobey did was more respectable and he had the first two spidey films an instant classic, whereas andrew's 2 spiderman filmswere only so-so both were only at par as spiderman 3.
people in the next generation will not remember who did better individually but which version is more better.
