Before reading the article, my predictions are
The Punisher (Marvel has no room for him in their universe, might as well utilize his rights somehow)
Wonder Woman - it keeps getting a push, it will eventually get it's shot.
Teen Titans would also be a good show in live action form. It would relate to a younger audience and be capable of having an approach the other shows don't have.
