I think i'll consider this a rumor until either WB, Momoa, or even Snyder confirm it. Although it would be pretty badass. "Because of the amount of folks who view Aquaman in a terrible light". Although his New52 run has been good most people only remember "Aquaman in Super Friends who was just a character who is known for his ability of talking to sea life. He did nothing spectacular, and he also tends to get caught in six pack rings like an actual fish; how lame is that for a superhero." <--- That lol. :l

In any case, give him a badass costume, maybe a blue one. Keep his long dreadlocks and his badass trident. Make him super strong too. That's a man Superman might fear.
They are probably still working out a deal to get him on. It most likely includes length of contract (multiple movies including Justice League) and the cost of tying him to this contract.
With that being said, this could easily still fall through even if it is just about to be confirmed.
