First Look at Genndy Tartakovsky’s Animated Popeye Feature Film and a New Look at Shaun The Sheep

Collider: The 2014 Licensing Expo is currently underway in Las Vegas, an event that gives movie fans an early look at some upcoming properties. While these promo posters aren’t necessarily representative of the film’s final look, they do give us an idea of the style and tone. In the case of the promotional image for Genndy Tartakovsky’s animated feature film Popeye, it might even offer a hint of plot. One image that’s likely very close to the final product is the poster for the Shaun the Sheep movie, since the Mark Burton and Richard Starzack film is based on the long-running Aardman animated series. Popeye as a CGI movie? Ehhhh

As for Shaun The Sheep, I've seen mini episodes but nothing really happens in them. Curious as to what that's even about. I hope it's genuine clay-mation too.
