Rumors have surfaced that Marvel is canceling their line of Fantastic Four comics and blocking toy sales from the latest film X-Men: Days of Future Past in an attempt to starve those series out of Fox and have the rights revert back to Marvel Studios. There has also been talk of Marvel negotiating with Sony for Spider-Man to appear in the third Avengers film.

It's hard not to believe this. Marvel's support (in toys, comics, etc) for Marvel films not done by them is definitely lacking. While it may not be entirely malicious, like the rumors suggest, they definitely aren't going out of their way to help out.
