It lost it's edge after season 2. The comics are 100x better.

Funny enough, that wasn't the part that pissed me off. What annoyed me was the fact that he felt the need for an apostrophe before the S instead of spelling it the right way. He's a blatant troll either way. Sort of odd since I'm.only used to dealing with trolls on N4G.

Some of the acting is GOT is rubbish. Special nod goes to Emilia Clarke. Can't believe she is playing Sarah Connor in the next Terminator film. That's that bunched.

Lol @ great story.

The show is 100% character development with no story.
How did the outbreak happen? No one knows, what about the rest of the world? No on e knows.

The show focuses on the mundane lives of boring characters. The whole of last season was practically walking along train track for 5 hours.

The 2 seasons before that were all about the governor and bored me to tears.

Season 1 was good, and the second half of season 2.

They seem to have started putting really bad music filler into scenes now too, whereas before in previous seasons there was no music at all (apart from key moments like killing the zombie in the park in season 1). They're trying to change the formula a lot and I guess it's appealing to 10 year old children or whoever those millions of viewer are. It's either children or "special people".

There was actually a scene in the last season, where some guitar music was going on for so long. At one point the artists starts shreiking really loudly whilst the characters stared down the track. I thought it was hilarious.

After the initial cheeseball that was the prison yard zombie massacre, I stopped watching. I wish I had a reason to start again, but too many other shows are demanding my attention.

GoT is starting to bore me. It seems really disjointed since the focus came off the Starks. Killing off characters and introducing new ones (repeat cycle) might work in the books; in the books you get to know them more and get into it. There isn't enough time to do that on TV. Great production values no doubt but the plot is getting tiresome. Emilia Clarke also has to be the worst actress ever. Aiden Gillan seems to have liked Bale's Batman voice too.

I'm not saying she's a great acting talent, but "the worst actress ever"? Not even close.

It started off decent, got great for a brief time during season 2, then went downhill ever since, slowly at first then last season it really dropped off.

Walking dead is dead to me. Season's 3 and 4 were awful, it seems that nothing substantial is happening in the show. The governor ark was pretty much where it's downfall ensued. Bravo on the 28 million viewers, it definitely caters to the lowest common denominator. Not to mention there is no subscription service to AMC so pretty much everyone could watch it.

Game of Thrones: season 1 - excellent
season 2 - very good
season 3 - excellent
season 4 - with 1 episode to go it looks to be awesome even if the last episode would end up only fair but i highly doubt that, so it would end up excellent anyway.

Walking Dead: season 1: excellent
season 2: very good (i was not bored)
season 3: fair
season 4: some episodes were good but majority of the episodes are fair but the finale episode ended in a high note so i would say it was good overall.

in my own opinion GOT is a more superior show than walking dead. i like the walking dead i watched it from season 1 and was entertained for 4 seasons but GOT is more grand, more unpredictable and is more entertaining and thrilling all episodes are strong and several were superb so i have to give my vote to GOT.
