Lauren Faust, best known for rebooting the popular My Little Pony franchise, has been hired by Sony Pictures Animation to helm their all new animated film, Medusa. The movie will be a new take on the classic Greek Mythology that will be more accessible for a younger audience (i.e. all the damnation and abuse from the Gods will probably be left out).
