Someone pointed out that if all licenses were under Marvel then there wouldnt be enough time, space, or money to create all of these marvel films like Spiderman, Fantastic Four, Xmen, AND the Avengers films.

Seperating them out by giving them to different companies makes sense in that it both creates competition, makes money, and we actually get to see these films.

And if Marvel had all these big main licenses, then they wouldnt be taking risks with new or lesser known properties like theyre doing with Guardian of the Galaxies.
