Anyways this Eisenberg choice was a ballsy move by Snyder. He cast 300, Watchmen, MoS & Dawn of the dead which were all perfectly cast so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

And Eisenberg should google his name, it'll show him just how much is on the line and how good his execution must be. Same with Affleck. And I say good because all previous live-action incarnations of Lex & Batman were either bad, extremely bad, mediocre or ok. Except for BB which was perfect! They wouldn't need to be great to surpass them although it would be nice.

I agree. I like some of Eisenbergs's movies. But I don't really see him as Lex Luthor, maybe Jimmy Olsen.

So care to repeat that again to me about how Affleck is a bad choice and actor and how any movie he is in will bomb?

@ Kraftwerk point to me what he said was anything legit? Because I can tell you having Affleck is not a bad casting choice as he looks the part and has the acting chops to pull it off evident from the fact he makes good movies now. And I can also tell you which you yourself confirmed people will rush to see this movie because of the title regardless of the quality and casting.

So again tell me how is his comment legit when everything after Eisenberg's casting is all wrong? So yeah both he and you are dumb, also I didn't go out f my way. Going out of my way would be me building a time machine to go into the future to see how well acted Affleck is in it and get the box office results or talk to several analyst and ask them their prediction of the total box office cash would this movie earn and make a rough estimate off all that.

But I just said what he said is dumb because Affleck is a good actor who fits the look and the IP is a highly profitable one that it would succeed no matter what.

Ben Affleck looks great as Batman, no doubt. But thats just "Looks". As to how his acting is, is another question.

And whether he can be a convincing bruce wayne, or just come off as another Ben Affleck typecast stereotype.

When people see him without the mask, they need to believe he is Bruce Wayne, and not Ben Affleck
