First 'Jessabelle' Photo Features a Tubful of Terror

Alfred Hitchcock famously received a letter from an angry father. As Hitch recounted it, the man complained his daughter had seen the French thriller "Diabolique" and refused to take baths because of that film's scary bathtub murder scene. Then, the girl saw Hitchcock's "Psycho" and subsequently swore off showers. The father asked the director what he should do; Hitch sent back a telegram reading: "Send her to the dry cleaners."
