Chris Evans Clears Up Marvel Contract Rumors; Says He’s Signed for 6 Films

Collider

Over the past week, rumors about Chris Evans‘ Marvel contract and acting future became a bit murky. He told Glamour UK “I think when I’m done with this Marvel contract, I’ll take a little break from acting. With acting, you’re one piece in a very big puzzle. It’s like you helped buy a gift but you don’t know what the gift is, so you come back and see the movie. Sometimes it’s nice, sometimes it’s tragic.”

That's a good thing. He's been a much better captain america than Johnny Storm.

DarkBlood3696d ago

did he say the cameo does not count?

Chevalier3696d ago

Would make sense it wouldn't count. 3 Captain America and 3 Avengers. Then Bucky can take over as Cap for a bit while he's 'gone'.

gigoran3696d ago

A lot of FF fans thought the two movies were fine. I agree with them.

RetrospectRealm3696d ago

Yeah, I mean honestly. I think of the casting for both films as PERFECT.

KwietStorm_BLM3696d ago

They were really really corny. The second was better than the first, but they were forgettable in the end. And Jessica Alba is nice to look at, and that's it.

gigoran3696d ago

Corny? Perhaps. But a million times better than what they have planned for the reboot. Like... the actors actually resembled the characters physically.

Retroman3696d ago (Edited 3696d ago )

if only cap's uniform was'nt soooooo crappy looking. i see they went back to the G.I. JOE looking suit. brown boots, brown gloves, military ammo belt.

hazelamy3696d ago

i expect he'll be back in the old red white and blue by the end of the movie.
or at least for Avengers 2.

NikX3696d ago

So he has two more movies left: Captain America 3 and The Avengers 3. Probably the same with Chris Hemsworth: Thor 3 and The Avengers 3.
