Renny Harlin takes on Greek mythology in The Legend Of Hercules by trying to tell a tale of the great demi-god (half-god) Hercules–the son of the god of thunder, Zeus, and the mortal queen Alcmene–but his attempt is met with horrendous results. The Legend Of Hercules is a remarkably awful film that formalizes theories that films today are not as good as they used to be; at least in the greater sense.
