another bad guy would definitely be a plus, especially if the heroes outnumber the villains in a large ratio. i dont know much about this character but his description looks cool, im more curious on how they will apply quicksilver and scarlett witch because i am more familiar with them in the x men story lines.

Doesn't matter if there's another baddie. What's Hydra gonna do that Ultron won't? Heck, Ultron alone is too early and too strong for the current Avengers.

I actually really enjoyed the first avengers movie it was great to watch.

I thought it was awesome too. Whedon did a wonderful job bringing it to the big screen with so much detail and action with a good story behind it.
