I personally feel that there is nothing to "save" yet, as even as much as people have issues with the Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck thing, we need to see the films before jumping to conclusions.
I find DC's animated projects to be a lot better than Marvel's.
I do think the idea of passing the torch and linking the universes through already established team ups would lay a healthier groundwork than DC has built so far with its movies. But how do you think they can effectively leverage the villains over such a large map of films and team ups?
Sadly DC doesn't have as many interesting villains outside of Gotham (my opinion). They'll have to lean on Sinestro, Brainiac, Lex, Deathstroke, etc. I hope the Sinestro Wars happens. That could end up going many directions.
I will admit this really caught my eye. i will say that the teen titans series is by far one of my favorite and could be easily made into a movie or good tv series (excluding the kid show). i really enjoyed this article and agree with it wholeheartedly.
