As one classic fighting game’s web series appears to be over, another looks set to fill the void. This past September, season 2 of Mortal Kombat: Legacy debuted on Machinima to mixed reviews and more recently the driving force behind that project, director Kevin Tancharoen, announced that he was moving on from both the web series and the upcoming film from Warner Bros. While there are currently a ton of questions swirling around the Mortal Kombat camp, the Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist team appears to be nearing the finish line. They’ve been releasing a number of teasers and stills for hardcore fans following the production’s progress but today we got our first teasing glimpse of Ryu (Mike Moh) and Ken (Christian Howard). Principal photography began in July and this November, the Capcom backed web series began ADR work.
If you’ve finished Fallout and are hungering for more fun TV shows based on video games, you’re in luck. These 6 shows will fill your queue while you wait for the next season.
Death Whisperer Review: Nadech Kugimiya makes for a beefy protagonist in this horror movie that any and all thrills!
What Jennifer Did Review: Documentary navigates twists and turns of the story really well.
The Mortal Kombat web series was awesome and much better than what I expected. Looking forward to Street Fighter as well.
