Drop Dead Diva is nowhere near death. Lifetime announced this afternoon that the Josh Berman-created series, which airs its season five finale on November 3rd, will be back for a sixth season of 13 episodes.
It was just last year that the series was cancelled but that decision was later reversed and the fifth season has been performing well for the network, even being used to help launch freshman series, The Witches Of East End.
