Working out 14 hours a week can't be done without steroids, not 2 nonstop hours of lifting anyway.

Um..yeah that's not true. Most work out routine's last an hour and a half to two hours with cardio. The article did not say 2 non-stop hours anyways and if you spent any time at the gym you would know that. Why do people comment on things which they know nothing about? Besides steroids have nothing to do with it, in fact if you were on steroids you would need to work out less because of the tremendous short term gains it can give you. There is an interesting documentary on netflix called bigger faster stronger or something like that if you care to educate yourself.

Um, yeah. It is true. You can't pump iron nonstop for longer than 45 minutes naturally without wasting your time. So it's kinda funny that someone who clearly doesn't realise this should lecture others about knowing nothing. Cortisol levels go through the roof after 45 minutes. Cardio is different.

Go learn something about overtraining.

what you dont think getting good results arent possible naturally?

Of course he will be in good shape for the role.

Compare to Christian Bale when he took on the role its not even worth mentioning.

This is dedication :

i like Affleck as an actor, and i think he'll do a good job as Batman, but he is going to have to bulk up a bit for the role.
