He's a solid actor and he was okay as Bruce Wayne. His problem is more of the Batman movie he was involved with and with that connection, they'll never take him.

Solid actor or not no serious actor would pick up the Batman role he chose, he should be thanking god that role didnt destroy his carrier let alone doing it again.

i dont think that will happen, even george clooney wont risk his already established career into a mockery once again. if this happens, it will be a very unpopular choice.

The Schumacher Batman movies are criminally underrated. That's what Batman's SUPPOSED to be like - camp and wacky, not dark and brooding like that Nolan tripe.

The original comics were wacky, so was the Adam West TV show. Only when man-children trying to conceal their juvenility decided to "maturate" Batman did the brand start becoming "dark". Which it never was. The idea is intrinsically silly, it's impossible to take the Nolan films seriously, not to mention impossible to like owing to how much of his conservative agenda slips into them.

I came here simply in hopes that the author will take my advice and punch himself in the face repeatedly until knocked unconscious, your opinion is no longer needed in this conversation. I mean if George Clooney gets Batman again why not make Justin Bieber Superman and throw some Predators into the movie wearing pink swimsuits and tackling tax reform.

I think the role should be given to either Colin Farrell or Richard Armitage.
